hen I booked this wedding, little did I know that we’d have to play the actual day but ear. Literally! 2020 started off  with a crazy invisible pandemic and nothing about this wedding was certain except for Emily + Ryan’s love for each other. I’ve never been more proud of a couple who stuck to their original plan and got married in the presence of their friends and family than these two.

The day started at Ryan and Emily’s home in Sweet Valley, PA. Emily was surrounded by her bridesmaids, her mama + her adorable new kitten, Destiny. After getting her hair completed, Emily + her girls headed back to her parents house to get Emily into her dress. I opted to have a father/daughter reveal because I had a feeling her dad would have tears flowing when Emily turned him around. You’ll have to scroll to see if I am right.

We made our way to the Barn at Greenwood and captured all the details of the ceremony, reception, and finally met up with Ryan and his guys. Ryan is such a sweet gentleman who’s love for his bride is totally noticeable. Ryan wasn’t anxious at all in fact, he just wanted to marry Emily… awwwww how sweet is that?? One of Ryan’s groomsmen has a wife who was pregnant and they didn’t know if they were in active labor or not. His wife was like “go + be a part of your friend’s wedding.” Y’all talk about a badass mama.

Emily + Ryan their way to the open field to say their vows amongst their friends and family, They exchanged vows + sealed it with a kiss. After it was all said and done they danced the night away and ended the night watching local fireworks that could be seen in the distance from the venue.
