ell legend has it that rain is a blessing on your wedding day. If that’s the case, Loryn + Richie will have many blessings to last a lifetime. Going into their wedding, I was watching the weather vigorously hoping that Hurricane Laura would come a few days prior. However in true woman’s fashion, she was right on time and didn’t miss a beat. I arrive at the Barn at Greenwood and met Loryn + her girl squad getting their hair and makeup done by the ever soo beautiful slay queen, The Beauty and the Blush. Ever just pray on someone’s wedding that the clouds and rain would just row back long enough to let them get married? I did!

Capturing their details, walk by walk… “Lord, stop the rain before Loryn walks down to her forever. ” When it was time for Loryn to get her bridals done, there was no rain. y’all blessings upon blessings. Richie’s groomals – it started to rain. Y’allll WHAAAATT! I guess it is 2020 at this point in the year, anything could happen haha. I proceeded to clear umbrella’s out for the bridal party — just incase. Literally seconds before Loryn was set to walk — IT STOPPED RAINING! They said their vows, they said I DO and it was the best day ever!

Loryn + Richie were met at the reception with three beautiful speeches, Richie’s sister Bri who gave the blessing of the meal – which gave me chills. Cake was smashed, lap dances were had and they literally danced the night way with some pretty awesome people. If any was shown today, it’s that LOVE ALWAYS WINS. Allow me to repeat this again. LOVE ALWAYS WINS! Love on my friends – the best is yet to be. Enjoy forever no matter what.
