Silver Moon |Sammi + Tony |Pennsylvania Wedding Photographer
I was referred to Samantha and Anthony Joe for their December 2017 Wedding by a good friend of mine. I was super excited to shoot their wedding after meeting with them at Panera Bread to discuss how my services were going to work. Sammie wanted to have their engagement pictures done in the snow… sayyyy what?? Did she say snow!! We scheduled her session and the day before she called to tell me she needed to get her engagement ring repaired. Thank goodness for rescheduling because she got the snow she was looking forward to.
The lighting in their engagement session was truly everything. When you schedule an engagement session with me… we will definitely end up chasing the light together!
Wedding Day!!!
I arrived at the Hill residence to photograph the morning preparations. I was greeted by Sammie and her mom, sammie’s bridesmaids were showing up one by one. Mama Hill and I mixed up a couple of Mimosa’s for Sammie and the girls. I went off to photograph her details and listen to them as they reminisced about the fun they all had over the years. Such fun was had and so much fun was about to come.
Sammie was game faced ready to walk down the isle to her favorite MCM ever. When I asked why so serious? She replied “I’m truly soaking up the day and waiting to marry my husband.”
After spending a fever hours with her snapping images of her details, dress, and bridesmaids, I met her soon to be husband, Tony at the Hampton Inn with his groomsmen. Can I just say they are the craziest | funniest bunch of men I have ever met. You could tell they had a lot of fun the night before at the Bachelor Party.
We made our way outside to take a few shots of the Groom and his guys before they headed off to venue. I tell you… get yourself a few guys that you can be yourself around
you will never be lonely a day in your life. Friends keep you on your toes and the joy flowing through your veins.
Grab a tissue..
You think I am kidding, no seriously… go grab some tissues and come back to finish this. Sammie’s father is such a blessed father. As we were going over to the Country Cupboard in Lewisburg, PA to get in place for the Father | Daughter look, he couldn’t help but get teary-eyed while telling me how much he loved his daughter. The joy and excitement on his face when she walked down to him said it all. He is a father that truly truly gave his heart into parenting his children.
Ceremony | I DO forever!
With a candle lit ceremony to seal the deal on their everlasting love. the perfect evening was just starting. Everything they could ever imagine was standing right in front of them as they were saying I DO! -They literally thought. of everything for them perfect wedding.
I will end this here… life is a party… toast to you ~ TashaÂ
